2. Application Scope

3. Working process

a.Loading stage

b.Solvent cleaning stage

- Operation: After the mixed liquid is heated to the set temperature, it is pumped into the cleaning tank by pump pressure, and the PCBA is sprayed with low pressure and high flow by the nozzle;
- Drainage: After the cleaning is completed, the waste liquid is discharged through the pipe.
c.Solvent flushing and rinsing stage
- Refilling: Pump clean water (or pure water) from an external water tank;
- Operation: After the water temperature reaches the set value, pump it into the cleaning pipeline to perform secondary cleaning on the product to remove residual cleaning agent;
- Drainage: The waste liquid is discharged through the auxiliary pump to ensure that there is no chemical residue.
d.Drying stage
The dry hot air is forced into the cleaning chamber through the filter device, and the temperature can reach up to 99℃ (adjustable), which quickly evaporates the residual water and achieves complete drying of the PCBA.
