Core Advantages:

  • Full process integrity: The bottom infrared preheating system is standard, and the heating ratio (0-100%) can be adjusted by computer to reduce PCB thermal stress, improve solder wettability, and reduce defects such as cold solder joints and cold solder joints.
  • High-precision motion control: The XYZ axes all use Panasonic servo motors and drivers, with ball screws and linear guides, with positioning accuracy of ±0.1mm, stable motion, low noise, and adaptable to complex welding paths.
  • Intelligent operation and traceability: The software system developed based on Windows 10 supports direct programming paths of PCB images, and real-time monitoring of key parameters (temperature, speed, pressure, etc.); standard real-time monitoring cameras can intuitively observe the welding process, and parameter configuration files can be stored and traced to ensure welding quality consistency.
  • Flexible adaptability: The maximum welding area is 300×300mm (customizable), compatible with larger PCB sizes; the operating height is 900±30mm, ergonomic and reduces operating fatigue; the clearance above the PCB is 50mm, suitable for plates with raised components.
  • Stable and reliable structure: The bottom of the steel frame is equipped with a base plate to enhance equipment stability and reduce vibration; the tin furnace is made of titanium alloy and is equipped with a nitrogen online heating system to reduce solder oxidation and extend service life.

Workflow:

1. Manual loading: manually place the PCB board on the motion platform.

2. Preheating stage: the PCB board moves to the bottom preheating position through the XYZ axis and is preheated by the infrared heater (temperature 25-240℃, time can be set).

3. Flux coating: the PCB board moves to the spraying area, and the flux is evenly coated on the welding point through the Japanese imported injection valve (the flux is stored in a stainless steel box with constant pressure).

4. Welding process: the PCB board moves to the top of the tin furnace, adjusts the position through the XYZ axis, cooperates with the nitrogen heating system of the tin furnace (temperature 0-350℃), and uses the wave crest to complete the welding (wave crest height, welding speed and other parameters can be set).

5. Manual unloading: after welding is completed, the PCB board is manually removed.
