Workflow:
1. Manual loading: manually place the PCB board on the motion platform.
2. Preheating stage: the PCB board moves to the bottom preheating position through the XYZ axis and is preheated by the infrared heater (temperature 25-240℃, time can be set).
3. Flux coating: the PCB board moves to the spraying area, and the flux is evenly coated on the welding point through the Japanese imported injection valve (the flux is stored in a stainless steel box with constant pressure).
4. Welding process: the PCB board moves to the top of the tin furnace, adjusts the position through the XYZ axis, cooperates with the nitrogen heating system of the tin furnace (temperature 0-350℃), and uses the wave crest to complete the welding (wave crest height, welding speed and other parameters can be set).
5. Manual unloading: after welding is completed, the PCB board is manually removed.
