The DEZ L-Type PCB Magazine Unloader is designed to automatically unload assembled PCBs from SMT production lines into standard magazines, ensuring smooth board transfer and continuous manufacturing. Its compact L-type structure optimizes floor space while providing stable, reliable unloading performance for various PCB sizes.

Available in four models, the system supports PCB sizes from 50 × 80 mm up to 530 × 460 mm, making it suitable for a wide range of electronic manufacturing applications. The automatic magazine handling mechanism minimizes manual intervention, reduces operator workload and improves production efficiency.

Designed for seamless integration with printers, reflow ovens, AOI systems and other SMT equipment, the DEZ L-Type Unloader provides a dependable solution for high-mix and high-volume PCB assembly environments.

Features:

The L-type Loader is arranged at a 90-degree angle (L-shaped) and is placed back-to-back against the corner of the workshop. This fully utilizes the corner space, which is often idle.

Two control panels available for selection:Easy-to-operate, light-touch LED membrane switch or a touchscreen.

Upper and lower pneumatic clamps ensure accurate magazine positioning
