Bu DEZ Wave Soldering Cooling Conveyor<\/strong> is designed for cooling and transferring PCB assemblies after the wave soldering process. Equipped with multiple overhead cooling fan modules and a high-temperature anti-static flat belt, it provides efficient forced air cooling while maintaining stable PCB transportation.<\/p>\n

By reducing PCB temperature before the next production stage, the cooling conveyor helps protect solder joints, minimize thermal stress and improve product quality. It is widely used at the output of wave soldering machines in DIP production lines for consumer electronics, automotive electronics, industrial control systems and other electronic assembly applications.<\/p>\n

Available in two models supporting PCB sizes up to 530 \u00d7 460 mm<\/strong>, the system offers adjustable conveyor speed, customizable machine dimensions and flexible integration into existing wave soldering production lines.<\/p>\n
