The DEZ Inspection High-End Conveyor is designed to provide a stable and ergonomic inspection workstation within SMT production lines. Positioned between automated assembly processes, it enables operators to perform visual inspection, manual assembly, PCB verification and quality control without interrupting production flow.
Available in multiple conveyor lengths and PCB size capacities, the system accommodates a wide range of electronic manufacturing applications, from compact consumer electronics to larger industrial and automotive PCBs. The adjustable rail system ensures smooth board transportation while maintaining accurate PCB positioning throughout the inspection process.
